Exercising with PerFit has been a lot of fun. It’s something I look forward to every session. When you are unfit and very out of shape like I was, having someone there pushing you and encouraging you to do things that you normally wouldn’t helps a lot. Before I started, I found it hard to drag myself out of bed in the morning but now I have so much more energy and even getting to the early morning sessions are a breeze. I’ve lost over 20kg and am feeling better than I can ever remember. I’ve toned up, my energy levels are though the roof and I’m having to buy new smaller clothes!
